Each stick lasts 2–4 days, depending on how often you use it. With intensive use, more frequent replacement may be necessary; however, each stick is designed to provide a long-lasting aroma and a comfortable feeling upon exhalation.
You can use the sticks as often as you like. If you experience any discomfort or unpleasant sensations, it is recommended to stop using them and consult a doctor.
